Lemon, a natural antihistamine, encourages release of excess mucus and calms inflammation. Lavender calms and soothes inflammation. Peppermint encourages easier breathing and soothes. Eucalyptus encourages sinus and lungs to open up, improves circulation, and is an expectorant. This is formulated to ease allergies.
